By accessing or using SourcingCrate (“the Service”), operated by The Top Choice Today, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
SourcingCrate is a purchase-tracking and analytics platform designed for e-commerce resellers. The Service integrates with eBay marketplace APIs to import order data and provides analytics, profit tracking, and reporting tools. The Service also allows manual entry of Amazon-related product data for cross-platform profit analysis.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service accesses eBay marketplace data through official eBay APIs on your behalf. By connecting your eBay account, you authorize us to retrieve your order history, item details, and transaction data for the sole purpose of providing the Service. Your use of eBay data through SourcingCrate is also subject to eBay's API License Agreement and applicable eBay policies. We do not store your eBay login credentials — authentication is handled through eBay's secure OAuth authorization flow.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, use the Service for any purpose other than its intended e-commerce analytics functionality, or resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
Account owners may invite team members (such as virtual assistants) to access their account with limited permissions. The account owner is responsible for the actions of all team members operating under their account and for ensuring that team members comply with these Terms.
While we strive to import and display accurate data from eBay and other sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the Service. Financial calculations such as profit, ROI, and fee estimates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. You are responsible for verifying all data and calculations independently.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by The Top Choice Today, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data imported into or entered within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including changes to third-party APIs such as eBay's. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Top Choice Today, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which The Top Choice Today, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
